Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your PdfCook AI account (Android app by PdfCook AI) and the data that goes with it.

In the app

• Open PdfCook AI.
• Go to Settings › Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email support@pdfcookai.com from the email address of your account with the subject Delete my account. We check that the request comes from that address and delete the account within 7 days. We reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, name and Google account ID
• Your summaries, chats and the documents they use
• Files you uploaded and results still on our server
• Your plan's purchase records and usage counts on our server
• Login sessions and notification tokens

Files, scans and saved form details on your phone are not on our server. They are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

What is kept

• Encrypted backups of our database keep deleted data for up to 15 days, then it is overwritten.
• Text read from scanned pages and other caches are linked to a file's fingerprint, not to you, and are deleted after 7 days without use.
• Google Play keeps its own record of your purchases. Cancel an active subscription in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions: deleting the account does not cancel it.
